Welcome! I'm glad you are here! Learning new tools and skills in dealing with "life on life's terms" is a vital part of relapse prevention. You will find here some of the tools I've presented in our class and some links to videos and resources for meditation and relaxation/stress management. There are lots of forms of meditation and there IS a form of meditation that will work for you. You will find through your own experience, that some work better for you than others...and that sometimes that just depends on what's going on in your life, in your emotions, and in your attitudes.
I'm posting some of the meditations that we've used in class. I hope that you find them as beneficial in your life as I do in mine!
